1. Object

These General Terms of Use ("GTU") govern the use of the Bnflight platform, accessible via the bnflight.com website and associated mobile applications. Bnflight is a travel platform operated by ORIGIN SYSTEMS, offering flight search, hotel bookings, tours, experiences, and related travel services.

2. Definitions

"Bnflight": refers to the company ORIGIN SYSTEMS, the platform publisher. "User": refers to any individual using the platform to search, book, or manage travel services. "Partner": refers to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers listed on the platform.

3. Description of Services

Bnflight provides a travel booking platform including:

• Flight search and booking across multiple airlines
• Hotel and accommodation reservations
• Tours, experiences, and activities booking
• Travel guides and community-driven content
• AI-powered travel assistant for recommendations
• Account management and booking history

4. Appointment as Agent

Bnflight acts solely as an intermediary between the User and travel Partners. We do not operate flights, hotels, or tours, and do not control the operations of our Partners. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Partner.

5. Bookings, Payments, and Fees

All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the Partner. You agree to pay all applicable fares, fees, taxes, and service charges. Payments are processed securely by certified third-party providers (e.g., DodoPayments, FedaPay). Invoices are issued by ORIGIN SYSTEMS.

6. Travel Documentation

You are responsible for obtaining and presenting valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, required by carriers and authorities of your destination country.

7. Cancellations, Changes, and No-Show

Cancellation, change, and no-show policies vary by Partner. Refer to the Partner's fare rules at the time of booking. Bnflight may charge service fees for changes or cancellations in accordance with Partner policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

ORIGIN SYSTEMS commits to providing a reliable platform but cannot be held liable for interruptions related to Partners, hosting providers, or the user's internet connection. Our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the platform (software, AI algorithms, interfaces, logos, content) are the exclusive property of ORIGIN SYSTEMS. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

10. Modification and Termination

ORIGIN SYSTEMS reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Users will be informed by email 15 days before new conditions take effect. Account termination can be done at any time via your account settings.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTU are subject to Beninese law, in compliance with the Digital Code (Law No. 2017-20). In the event of a dispute, and after the failure of any attempt to seek an amicable solution, the courts of Cotonou shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
